Africa is a continent with great development and growth potential, yet it faces different crises. The spiritual, social and economic challenges fall into two areas – moral and leadership.
Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) was born out of a crying need for leaders of integrity to spearhead Africa’s transformation from spiritual, social, moral and economic bankruptcy.

To build leaders of integrity who will impact Africa and the world for Christ.
On successful completion of ALMA's Masters programme, graduates will be able to apply creative thinking skills to mobilse Africa’s vast resources to address its problems. Successful students will also be able to understand the present applications of management principles in the context and determine leadership characteristics which future leaders will need in order to be effective in a multi-cultural setting.
