The institution is managed directly by a Board of Directors, which meets on a bi-monthly basis. The Board’s membership includes the Executive Director, Programme Director, local Business leaders and representatives from Campus Crusade for Christ.

Association
International Leadership University (ILU)
The International Leadership University is a consortium of institutions of higher learning based in Africa and sponsored by Campus Crusade for Christ. The Board consists of a mixture of heads of schools, Campus Crusade Christ (CCC) ministry leaders and professionals from various fields. There is a commitment that the Board will reflect the demographics of the continent of Africa drawing equal representatives from gender, geographical and ethnic groups from around the continent. Its goal is to use education in leadership to maximize Africa's vast resources in helping fulfill the Great Commission worldwide.
