EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Dr. Dwight Mutonono
Dwight Mutonono and his wife Martha are Campus Crusade for Christ staff members and are stationed at ALMA. Dwight is also a pastor and has been involved with Faith Ministries, a group of churches here in Zimbabwe since 1982. He worked as an Air Traffic Controller from 1988 to 1992, after which he worked as a pastor/administrator at Faith Ministries.
He holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from the University of South Africa and a Masters degree in Leadership and Management from ALMA. He obtained his Doctorate in Ministry at Bakke Graduate University in Seattle, Washington.
Dwight and Martha have two children, Tinotenda and Unopa.

OUTREACH DIRECTOR: David Dawanyi
David Dawanyi spent several years as a secondary school teacher specialising in mathematics in a number of schools around Zimbabwe. In 1985 he retired from his work in education and joined Campus Crusade for Christ, Life Ministry.
Christine his wife trained as a State Registered Nurse at Harare Hospital and studied at the School of Social Service. She has worked extensively in Harare and Mutare under the Department of Social Services. She has also worked in government & the NGO sector. In 1985 she left World Vision where she was employed to join David in Life Ministry.
David and Christine are working at ALMA heading the Outreach Department. They both have a heart and passion for Evangelism and Discipleship.
They have 3 children; Tendai, Constance and Tinashe and 7 grand children.

REGISTRAR - Sindiso Silamba
Sindiso Silamba has over 28 years working experience, 22 years of which have been in higher education, at the University of Zimbabwe and the National University of Science and Technology and 6 years in municipal administration. She holds a BSc Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe and is pursuing an MSc programme in Sociology and Social Anthropology with the same university.
Her responsibilities at Alma include coordination of the registry functions i.e student admissions, records examinations and assisting with the organisation of modules and helping with the development of Alma programmes.

MARKETING OFFICER: Pamela Makahamadze
Pamela Makahamadze, is a Spirit filled Christian and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Solusi University, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe as well as a Public Relations diploma (LCCI). She is also currently enrolled in ALMA's Masters programme.
She has acquired a number of years experience working in various capacities in the sales, marketing and public relations field. Her duties at ALMA include student admissions, coordinating ALMA's marketing and promotional activities.

LIBRARIAN: Martha Mlambo
Martha Danga, holds a Higher National Diploma in Library and Information Sciences from Harare Polytechnic College. She has over three years of experience in information sciences. At ALMA, she is responsible for all library duties ranging from material acquisition to information dissemination. She is currently doing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media studies with Zimbabwe Open University.
Martha is married to Sivukile and they have one son Tamuka.

PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Dorcas Mangena Madeya
Dorcas Madeya, Programme Administrative Assistant, holds an Executive Secretarial qualification from PITMAN Institute UK and a Certificate in Public Relations (LCCI). She worked as Receptionist/ Operations Secretary for four years at Campus Crusade For Christ Southern and Eastern Africa Regional Office.
Her responsibilities at ALMA include student liaison on academic progress, administration of student records and ALMA modules.

ALMA ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Mary Shumba
Mary Shumba worked for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for more than 19 years. She joined ALMA in July 2002 as an Executive Administrative Assistant giving support to the Executive Director. She is a holder of a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Administration and LCCI Diploma in Business Studies. She is currently in her final year doing Bachelor of Business Administration with UNISA.
Mary is married to Ishmael and they have two children Dexter and Dionne.

BOOKKEEPER: Racheal Magombedze
Racheal Magombedze, Bookkeeper, holds a National Diploma in Accounting from Harare Polytechnical College. She has over six years experience working in the accounting departments of both private and governmental institutions. She is currently working towards her Higher National Diploma. She handles all the financial and accounting requirements for ALMA.
Racheal is married to Oscar and they have two sons Tawonga and Shemunesu.

RECEPTIONIST: Brenda Kadye
Brenda Kadye has over 7 years working experience. She worked for Medical Air Rescue Service for 7 years, as a receptionist and an Administration Assistant. She holds a diploma in Public Relations – LCCI and certificates in Customer Care, Team Building and Communication. She is pursuing an IPMZ diploma in Human Resourses.
Brenda is married to Simbarashe and they have two daughters, Tadiwanashe and Nokutenda.
