The Quest for African Leaders of Integrity.
Enrolment for November 2010 in Progress
WHO IS ALMA?
ALMA was born out of a crying need for leaders of integrity to spearhead Africa’s transformation from spiritual, social and moral bankruptcy along with its economic oppression to mention but a few. Christian leaders from many countries and denominations across Africa came together to discuss issues related to the effectiveness of leadership practice in the African context. Among the questions asked was: What is the greatest need in Africa today? The unanimous answer was Leadership! This then led to the second question: What are we going to do about it? The answerto this second question was to start a school of Leadership and Management that trains leaders for the highest levels of government, business and community work in Africa. That school is Africa Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA).
Africa Leadership and Management Academy is currently enrolling for the November, Master of Arts in Leadership and Management degree intake.
